Troy's 3 Day Maintenance Workout.............


These three days a week workout routine was one that helped me keep my gains and actually inch my way a little more as I use it. The hard day is Wednesday and you want yourself enough rest time between the chest and triceps, so you do not swim through the triceps part by weight or your efforts, because they are taxed out of the breast previous research.

On Friday, the same for back and shoulders, giving time between body parts. The idea is to keep the shoulders form perfected in order to get the most out of it.

This type of program can be a springboard to a person for a large part, if they are willing to arrange, new, a few exercises and make some of the sets are. (possibly sets of 6 with higher weight) is not recommended to run something on a cutting board cycle, since there are other exercises that are performed exchanged for an individual to give a better result by the cutter may have been. (maybe cable instead of Flying bank to get more detailed exercises triceps heads, other exercises include curling on the forearm, such as hammers)
