Muscles worked: Biceps, well to the orientation of the lower biceps

Spotter Required: No

Minimum Equipment Required: biceps curl on a bench press using a standard dumbbell

The best equipment to use: preacher curl machine

Warm up: Warm up to perform a rate 15 to 20 reps of the exercise with minimal weight, typically half to one rep max.

How often should this exercise: Preacher curls are ideal for working in the lower part of the biceps and can be performed on each biceps training.

When should this exercise: Preacher Curls not consume as much energy as standing barbell curls, so you can perform near the start of your biceps training.

Position yourself in front on the bench or machine with the chest against the preacher and rest your arms on (you will notice your arms are at a slight angle): How to do the exercise.

Hold the barbell with an underhand grip, then lure the bar all the way, if you keep forcing the above range for 1 to 2 seconds the biceps to contract. Now lower the weight back to the starting position.
Variations:

EZ Curl Bar: With an EZ curl bar preacher curls with the objectives of the biceps from a different angle, so it might be worth mixing it with the standard straight barbell be.
