Minimum Equipment required: cable machine with bar attachment

Warm up: If you press to do your training depths I propose to begin the implementation of 2-3 warm-up sets with a lighter than you would with a lift. How to do the warm-up sets move raising the weight.

How often should this exercise: Triceps press downs are great for hitting the upper triceps and can be performed with any triceps exercise.

When should this exercise: Press depths not use much energy and I think they are a good exercise to finish your triceps training, but it can always be done during your workout triceps.

How to Exercise: Attach a straight bar to the cable machine and set it as high as possible. Standing with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, grasping the bar with overhand grip shoulder width apart. Pull the bar attachment to the starting position (arms at a 90 degree angle), hold your arms in line with your body. Start dragging the bar down to start the arms almost lockout at this point your arms again to keep the starting position resistance throughout the movement to move.

Make sure you keep your head forward and during this exercise you are to use the machines resistance on the way up to a full muscle contraction.

Mentality: As your triceps you tired find it difficult to slide the bar all the way down when the break happened a few seconds at the starting position (arms at 90 degree angle).
