Warm up: If you are tricep rope extensions triceps workout then your first warm-up with 2 sets of 50% of the weight you would normally lift. But if you already held a triceps extension exercise tricep sets is no need to warm up.

How often should this exercise: Tricep rope extensions are for building mass in the upper triceps and can be performed with any triceps exercise.

When should this exercise: How triceps rope extensions do not use as much energy as upright dips, bench dips or bench press close, it can be done at or near the end of a triceps exercise.

How to exercise: It is the role of the power station or cable machine so that the rope as high as it can go. Upright with knees slightly bent, holding the rope with a handle 6-12 inches apart with palms facing each other (thumbs up).

The starting point is when your arms are parallel to the ground, pull the rope to the starting position and start to pull the rope down until your arms are straight. At this point, hold for half a second and slowly bring the rope back into the starting position. Make sure to not move your upper arms during the exercise, move only your forearms should the rope, and at all times keep the arms at the sides.

Mentality: Make sure you keep a light bend in the knees to take the pressure off your back and at all times, keep your head take a neutral spine. You will often feel a burning sensation in triceps, so make sure you have enough rest before the next sentence.
